I have a 1995 MTX . I just replaced the spark plug wires and got the bosch plus 4 spark plugs. But sometimes when the car is hot or not, i try starting it up and it just tries starting but only on the second try it will fire up. But than than rpms drop below 1,000 and the car stalls. And when i try starting it again it starts but than i have to give it gas and put it in drive for it to not stall. Can anyone tell me whats wrong???

Well, I would have to say that you need to install the recommened plugs for the car. AGSP32PP Motorcraft pugs gapped at .042" Same with the wires if you installed aftermarket.WR4033.
Specs on aftermarket wires and plugs are not within spec for this engine. Might work at times but will more then likely cause misfiring.

Then you can perform the idle procedure.
With engine WARM: Disconnect the battery and switch on headlamps for 5 minutes.
Reconnect battery and start engine...after engine settles, approx 20 seconds, switch on headlamps and Climate control to AUTO@ 60deg, and place vehicle in drive with park brake set.
Let idle for 2 minutes to go for a spin. Run her up in the revs a few times and your set.
Good luck.

With these engines, only Autolite or Motorcraft plugs, anything else is a crap shoot on weather or not it will work.
