Starter Wiring questions/senior moment?

Do the two red insulated lugs go together onto the terminal on the starter?

One from the battery, one from the Clutch interlock?

the 2 large red ones go on the solenoid together - one from the battery and one from the underhood fuse box, iirc. The black one grounds to the engine with one of the starter bolts. The little one goes on the small terminal on the solenoid to engage the solenoid when the key is in 'start'.
