My 1990 SHO manual has started to make a squeaking noise while I drive, but If I slightly turn the wheel one way then it seems to stop. I noticed that while accelerating or under steady throttle it seems to go away, but if I let off the gas and just start coasting it will start doing it as well. The noise seems to be related to speed/rpm so I assume it may be something to do with a pulley or power steering pump? Any ideas? I'd really appreciate it.

****, it could be anything. It's proven exceedingly difficult to fix squeaks over the intertubez.

Sorry, you may have to pinpoint this'n yourself.

Dragging brake caliper? Check for stuck slider pins- fix by replacing or removing and re-greasing.
