Squeaky Springs

My 91 has a very annoying squeaking coming from the top of both rear springs. It looks like the spring mounts coating is worn out and the springs have a rusty layer in the problem area so its metal to metal now. Is the mount alone available and is it something that I can change with a spring compressor at home?
