Several months ago, I did the 96 Front Brake Upgrade to my SHO.. But a couple months after that, the new set up began to squeak.. You can hear it at slow speeds ..0-20.. and when theres very minor pressure on the brakes (very loud here). But when I apply full pressure or at the usual speed limit, it goes away. I'm thinking somethings loose in the caliper, but just want some quick help before I get too far into it. Thanks.

did they have little pad type things to be installed on the back of the pad before they were put on? If not, maybe go get some disc brake quiet and put a very little bit on the back of the pads.

Sounds to me like you bought the cheap $20 pads. You need to get the better pads.

Cheap pads won't necessarily cause a squeak. I would buy the disc brake quite goo stuff (usually a buck or two) and throw a lot on the back of the pads and **** the sliders. The squeak should go away.
