Spits and sputters

Ok about a month ago it started to miss. so i had new plugs and wires at the house so i threw them in. It ran great again!!! Well now (for about the last two weeks) it spits and sputters. Under acceleration you dont feel it that much but when your at a steady rpm it chugs. Now i've checked for vacuum leaks because thats what it feels like but i cant find one. All the hoses look good and the ones that didnt I replaced. I was also thinking maybe a short or somethings arcing off the motor. ** and i dont know if this has anything to do with it but i replaced the turn signal/windshield wipper control last fall and it quit working about the same time this all started.(the only way the wipers work is if i put it up to high and then it only make one pass) Please help me i cant afford anther car and I love my sho.

ok i ran the test about a week ago with the one that plugs in to the port. I got a couple codes. one was tps out of position and i had i new one at the house so i threw that in and the others were some thing like low voltage to two other things. and i did the running tist and that passed but i didnt do the cylinder test so i will have to do that tomorrow and i will let you know.

Sorry for being a bump ass but what is a DIS module? I'm having a brain fart. Well I didnt do anything and it went away?

The Distributorless Ignition System is what our SHOs use...

When referring to this the DIS Module is the dual plug module on the passenger end of the intake.
