Replaced Halfshaft, Wheel bearing, And Ball Joint.
Dang. Just keeping up with the wear and tear on my 130K mile car.

Hey, it happens to the best of us. Im due up for an alternator, water pump belt, cam seal, 2 inner tie rods, and a serpentine belt while in down there.

The wheel bearing was pretty bad. When I got it off the car, there was plenty of play in the bearing. And you could feel a rough spot when you rotated it. Never noticed a symptom when it was on the car. I noticed excess movement at the wheel when I was rotating the tires. I saw movement at the ball joint, so I knew the ball joint was bad. The bearing was a surprise.
I don't mind spending the money on these normal wear items. If you don't keep up with the wear items on these older cars...pretty soon you're driving a piece of crap that you end up hating.
