speedometer is spazzing out

from 0 to 35 my speedometer needle shakes but after that its fine, the car doesnt shake, is this a tranni problem or is the speedo cable got something wrong with it? 94 mtx, 142K, clutch is getting soft

mine did the same thing! take your speedo cable out , clean it really good and then **** it! that is what I did and the results were great!

I bought a new cable from RockAuto, but I haven't installed it yet.
