Speedometer Connecticut

Anyone in the ct area know a good mechanic for the sho? I really need to get my speedometer fixed cause I've tried nothing and I'm all out of ideas. I tried to contact NESS but his on vaction till the july 20th and I'm sure he's back up for a month or 2 plus i don't know if he'll do it. I'm pretty sure the gear is missing some teeth because I can turn it about an 1/8 of its full turn. Thanks

I'm in berlin Ct, Its basically the exact center of Ct. A few miles south of hartford but i wouldn't mind the drive.
