Not sure what section to post this in but this seems good. I know Sdpatt has mentioned before about needing to oil the needle of the speedometer. I was wondering what this was called and where to pick it up. I am also going to try oiling the upper cable before have to try to replace it. What is suggested for this. Thanks.

I used a lightweight machine oil on the speedometer needle's bearings (Slick 50's One ****). There is a specific grease (not oil) for the speedometer cable identified in the maintenance section of the owner's manual. I used a Lithium grease the last time I lubed mine. That was so long ago that I don't remember how many years so it must be working okay.
