Spec/Fidanza the same flyheel?

Are "Spec" and Fidanza flywheels the same? I have one with a spec sticker on it that needs an insert, and the Fidanza insert is only something like $60. I know the earlier Fidanza had a smaller insert diameter, but this is not one of those.

I thought the spec was 8 pound, and the Fidanza was 9..? When I had my Fidanza I had gotten an insert but it had the incorrect number of holes, or they were in the wrong locations. I would verify this before you buy a new insert.
