Speaking wiring help, Non-Sony system

Bought new speakers and they are currently in route but unsure what the stock wiring is in order to make sure I put the speakers the right way around. The more I look, the more I am confused because I seem to be in the minority without the sony system and unsure if the wiring is any different from non-SHO's. I have the speaker pigtails coming with the order so that should solve at least that part of the issue (unless I have been led astray) but still doesn't solve the problem.

Any info is appreciated!

Pin 1 is + and Pin 2 is -. Unfortunately, all the pictures I have the wires are black for both pins and there are a couple different connectors depending on which speaker and which system ( I don't have Sony/Non-Sony listed). The pigtails should be labeled +/- and you connect them to the proper spades on the speakers. Then the pig tail connector will plug straight into the vehicle wiring harness.

Alright, Good to know. Still waiting on the speaker pigtails to arrive as USPS decided to randomly delay day of and I got sent the wrong speakers for one of the pairs.

Appreciate all of the help and fingers crossed I don't run into anything weird.
