is there a huge difference between long and short SFCs? would just installing the short connectors be good enough?

Isn't bigger always better? I am not sure how well the short one perform, but I know I love the long ones for the jack points they create at the front and back.

I don't understand why its called Sub Frame Connectors, when their not even connected to the subframe. Its more like frame connectors to me.

You would think that the short ones will bend to much. But there lighter. I've been debating on which one to get.

My guess is the name is borrowed from the connectors made for RWD unibody vehicles, which usually have a front and rear subframe structure, connected by the floor pan and rocker panels. Although the terminology isn't strictly correct for most FWD vehicles, the idea and effects are the same, and it is easiest to use a familiar name to describe the parts.....
