Was cranking the Sony stereo in my SHO tonight. From Stairway to Heaven, through Limelight, to Take It on the Run, it just powered through. I like it.

So I assume your a fan of it. Though it’s a nice system I just feel like it doesn’t have enough power. I drove a newer scat pack today and it had the beats audio. Not only was it louder in general, it also had significantly more bass. I’m looking for more threads on upgrading the speakers but I’m a rookie.

Are we talking V8 SHO or Twin Turbo V6 SHO?

I've got a bluetooth fm modulator hooked up to my Napster. What I have found is different phones have better or worse sound. My Mom's Pixel is a beast, but my Galaxy does okay most of the time.

I did the kicker upgrade to my 15'. All the speakers but the pillar tweets. I'm sure the amp is the bottleneck now. But it rocks, shakes the mirrors so hard i can't even see out of them. Also under sound settings, set it to stereo and not surround as the processing kills the quality up high. JBL system in my 90' rocks also.

Oh if anyone wants to see the kicker upgrade. Go to Crutchfield. Put in the car and click woofers for doors and all. They have actual woofers for the doors instead of just 3 ways. Can't go wrong with Infinity either, sound systems are my thing.

Yeah, love the bass in my '96s JBL. I can't say it shakes the outside mirrors, but can't see out the rear view with the bass all the way. Usually at that point I have the windows down since their is too much for my ears, but fun fun...
