Well it looks like Wisconsin (okay, Milwaukee area) finally got one and will be getting two more. I've never been to one, but I always heard whining that we never had one nearby.

Anybody wait over an hour in the rush yesterday?

Perhaps when the other ones are built and open, a little SHO meet could be planned?

I'm not from wisconsin, nor am I in it, but my wife's from Eau Claire and I've been there plenty of times, so I'm gonna post. Eau Claire got one about six months ago, and my wife's family loves it.

Personally, I think their bacon cheeseburgers are the bomb, but the real draw lays in the drinks. Oh, the endless flavor combinations...

I had just heard today they Opened a Sonic. Had no clue they were even building one here. They have lots of good food and drinks. :corn:

Just opened one here last summer. Was atleast an hour wait most of thime from lunch 'til 9pm+, took about 3 mos. to settle down, been normal now since about Nov.

The new Sonic is on Miller Park Way, just past Burnham St across from the Menards. On the day it opened (the 24th), I went with some friends.....they said it was going to be a 2 hr wait. F-that!

Elk River MN of all redneck hillbilly towns to get one just got on this summer. They had to hire Security guards because of the high traffic and well redneck hillbillies being douche bags. Good food though!

I've been to one before when we were in Memphis for the SHO convention. Don't really remember what I thought of it though.

I just remember it was a big deal because my girlfriend at the time had wanted to go to one for a long time.

We're getting one over here in the mitten now. I went a lot when I was in Phoenix, at the one over by the airbase. The food wasn't anything special, the drinks were cool.

That the one I was talking about a couple posts before yours. Also contracted extra police and they both were mainly for directing traffic, because they built it in a location that can't handle 50+ cars lining up to wait.

Madison just got a Sonic this past fall. I haven't tried it yet though.
