Here's the deal, 3 years ago I bought this clapped out '89 for $500 ( body not too bad, interior was junk) so I'm thinking retire the '93 atx from autox and use this one. Maybe do some drag racing (if I can find a trailer, so I can get it home when I break it). Any how, after replacing both front axles, radiator,rod bearings,exaust,steering column, 4 doors and deck lid,wiper motor,plus stuff not installed yet, ASFB, SFC, rear Tokicos and some things I probably forgot. I'm into this thing today for $1500 (includes cost of car) I still need to do the rest of the suspension, front Tokicos, springs,mounts,ect. plus rims and decent tires. This stuff adds about another $1600. Thats $3100 into a stripped out '89 that is not being used on the street (on a regular basis) I'm not bashful about the expense, but am I nuts? What would you do?
