For those of you who don't read the open forums......
Over the next few days you guys might notice that a few things are different here and there. Some might be small displayed items, etc. Some you probably won't even notice. It's all a part of trying to give you guys the option to use all the available benefits of this new software while still being conservative in bandwidth usage.
If you see something different, please don't get hyped up about it if you sign on one day and things look different. Change is a good thing sometimes.
One of the most important things that I've changed tonight is the email display option. I think that this is a good change because it adds a touch of security for you guys. From now on when a member chooses to email a member it goes through the forum server and is a form that looks similar to what a PM would look like. For those of you who visit TCCA, they have used this option for awhile now. This will protect your actual email address, the only way for someone to get your email address is if you post it in public or reply to the email message sent. It should also be noted that the forum does not track these messages, so for those of you who are concerned about that, don't be.
