So close on trading in the SHO yesterday!!

Well yesterday I got out of work early and a dealership about an hour north of me has a 2007 z06 for sale. Took a trip up to weigh my options, and came back home with the SHO..
Don't get me wrong I really like the sho a lot but it is one of the slower vehicles I have had in a while.. I know Kirk will get me some more performance out of it soon but I hate waiting and I lost my first race the other day to a friend of mine in an stock 07 JGC SRT8.. I hate loosing and he isn't taking it easy on me either.. lol
Anyway they were only going to give me 32500 for the sho and I couldn't live with loosing another 10 grand in having it for just over 2 months now.
Anyway, still in the sho so lets get some performance parts going for the gen 4 before I make a mistake and get rid of it to soon...

Yeah, going from the Lightning to this has been tough but it's a new platform so hang in there! Hopefully this engine gets the support of the SRT's or part if the support of the new Camaro!

Uh, those SRT Jeeps are pretty bad ass. To even think you wouldn't get your ass handed to you is crazy. It does suck to lose, but there is always someone out there with a faster ride. Hang on to it and be patient. More power for the SHOs are on the way.

Ah, so you're a cheater. I love cars just as much. But for me, I love the connection with my cars. I love to mod them. And to me, a well setup car that I can drive for days is what I love. My CTS-V was like that as was my SHO before it. I pick a car I like and I learn to love it. I kept my SHO much too long and my V, even though cracked up, will stay with me a long time.

I can't go through cars like that. You love speed and the excitement of a new ride. I love growing attached to something that makes me happy.

I do have a satisfaction problem though, I see a car I want get it and enjoy it but then I see another one I would like to have. The cycle just keeps repeating it self and I guess it comes down that I should have been rich. Then I could have all the Trucks, cars and motorcycles, and toys that I wanted and keep them all.. Just not in the cards though for me..

You did meet my family at NED... But no wife anymore and it is just my son (50% of the time) and my girlfriend of just over 2 years.. $hit happens, not all relationships last so it is what it is... :angelnot:
