Oh the horror . . .
Found the leak source; not as bad as I'd thought:

The cracks were originally facing downward which is why I'd missed them. I'm sure it's a result of me standing on them to get the upper horns section to align with bolt holes.
Eric, how much for 2 of these upper intake hose sleeves? If you got a bunch, I might as well take a set of 8.

Fixed. No more codes, no more stumble.
Hot cat issue (original post) has yet to be tested as I haven't driven for long enough yet.
I never did get to that exhaust shop, but I've been considering the magnaflow setup. Might have to delegate to St. Nick.
