Strongman is legit. Not built well enough to be good at it. I'm 5 10 200lbs So I stick to bodybuilding. Lol.
Cool too know tho. Best of luck with the cutting. I know the struggles all too well.

I have it down to science. Sometimes it comes off too quick to early and I have to a eat a carb heavy meal to slow it down. I know hamburgers and fries during a cut is terrible lol.

Walk around at 245 please. I’m 185lbs for Christ sake lol. Although with the beard I might be close to 190. It’s a pretty serious beard.

Strongman man though that’s pretty bad ass. If they had like an average strength man I think I’d do well in that.

My weight depends on the show. I have been as heavy as 286 and as light at 212 in our sport. Ultimate goal is to get down to 220 in the next 5 to 6 month, mess with macros and rebuild to a more athletic and less fuscular 240. That will make life alot more fun.

Seriously 286 is friggin massive.

At only 5'9 it was very UNCOMFORTABLE. Massive is actually relative. People think I am a big guy, I am not. I am a "bigger" little guy. Take for instance, my training partner Jerry Pritchett is two time America's Strongest Man. He has held the World Record in the deadlift and is 6'5 and weighs 365. So yeah relative.

When Jerry was getting ready for the Arnold in 2018 Rogue came out and filmed us. I make a couple of cameos in the video, but from 2:07 to 2:14 I am strict pressing 320 lbs.

If you want to follow me I am on Instagram @SM105K. You will see some of the training and shenanigans.

I didn't snap any pictures of the SHO in the sun yesterday. I will before I leave for CA this evening. However, ever since I have owned the car, I have struggled to get the hood pristine. I went out to get a water from garage and the hood was unacceptable. I missed some spots in the my final exam.

So at 10 pm I broke the DA polisher out and tried my best to fix it. I compounded it and then polished it, but I somethings it is a complete bitch to get all of the polish off. It is like it embeds in the clear. Which is bizarre because I mowed the crap out if it. So as you can see the hood has a couple spots that aren't noticeable. However, they are too me. But all in the car looks amazing.

The front bumper has taken a beating over its lifetime, so I think when I get the molding the paint matched, I will have the bumper fixed and re-sprayed. It all depends no how much I get truly get bent over it.

might want to consider filming the paint to keep the wear and tear on the film instead.

I will probably have to respray the hood and front, and I agree big paint protection will be in order.

Buddy 286 is massive. I’m also 5’9-5’10 and I’m 185. I’m not a big guy but not a small guy either. I think of me with 100 extra pounds I’d be huge. But you are right I guess it’s all relative. My best friends brother is a trainer he’s like 5’8 215 and he’s a big dude.

Here are a couple of pics before I hit the road. After 300 miles of 110 degree baked on bug guts on the front, hood, and windshield, I literally wiped 90% off with just a dry microfiber. 100% believer at this point.

Looks very good! I have some gunmetal metallic vinyl coming that I'm going to use on the side window trim (to better match the wheels) and also try to polish/coat my car this weekend. Best of luck on the strongman competition! I followed you on Instgram the other day and looking forward to the results.

I am doing some satin grey on most of the chrome. Had a black Navigator that was murdered out besides the chrome grill before the SHO and wanted something different.

Honestly, get a good de-tar product and that will help. Then compound and buff it. Hit is with the last coat and boom.
