Pull the door panel(s) off and pull back the moisture barrier, take off the window lift motor harness connector and make sure it is getting 12v when you use the switches. If the power checks out (and we assume the ground is good), then you know it's gotta be a tired motor and/or the window channel guides are dirty and/or the guides have insufficient lubrication.

I was wondering the same thing, if any other (faster) window motors fit in.

You can start by pulling off the panels, testing the connections and power. Then you should clean and **** the window tracks and maybe take apart the motor and clean and **** them. It should atleast restore them to original speed. There are a few threads around here with more info, you just have to search.
