SLO to SLO swap question (forgive me)

I know this is not a SHO question but TCCA is still down so Moderator gods, have pty on me! It's still a Taurus question!

95 3.0 (non SHO) into a 93 3.8? Swapping the whole cradle with transmissions, (ie, the 3.0's tranny stays with it). Any wiring issues? Both cars have airbags but one is a column shift, the other a floor shift.

Most likely at a minimum you'll need the underhood harness and ECU. Everything under the dash should all be the same. You'll probably need the wiring diagrams for pin outs to compare that they match. You might get lucky and not have to change any of it. We all know how that works, right? LOL

The best way to go about it is set both cars next to each other and start seeing what needs to be changed where. That's basically how I went about doing the '07 engine install on my '93.

IIRC from my merc i think it should be a straight swap. the only thing you'll need is the ECU.
