I have a buddy that gave me a 94 SLO with a blown tranny. My question is what parts could I rip off this car that would be interchangable with my SHO?

Body panels form the cowl back, glass, most of the interior or trim, some of the basic suspension parts, tail lights, and depending on the trim, level some of the body wiring.

I assume that the window motors, wiper motor etc. will all be interchangable as well? What about keyless entry modules and things of that nature?

the hood will work too
It will sort of work. You have to modify the bracing for it to clear the DIS. The wiper stuff and most of the non engine electronics should work.
