I think I may replace my flaking tail lights with SEL versions and remove the rear eco badges. I'm down with "its just a Taurus". Love it. Kinda tempted to do the Mobsteel grill though looks really good.

I agree with Roland, they will always be a "sleeper" as its just a performance Taurus. It is nothing special really, the only reason I bust your balls Night Hawk is to keep the ego in check. This community(more like a cult) is great. If anyone ever asks what the car is, just reply "it is just a Taurus." I don't want to get looked at by the rest of the automotive communities as how all the srt4 owners have been viewed. I'll own a gen 6 when the become affordable(after all the depreciation).

I doubt that'll happen anytime soon as the teenie boppers can't get their hands on a new or used Sho like they can a beat up cheap SRT-4. Sad to see some of these SRT owners since the price in the car has come way down but there's still good owners out there too. The good owners are the ones with actually very fast SRTs. The other ones have an exhaust and intake and think they can take anything on the road. lol

The Irish Twin to my 2010 Candy Red SHO is a 2011 Candy Red/White Top Eco-Boost Flex. I love blowing the doors off little geman imports with our giant rolling brick of a Flex even more than doing it in the SHO.

As for the sleeper side of it, the Taurus has wiped the smiles off of a couple Camaro and Mustang guys faces. I'm thinking of taking off the sho emblems and putting on SEL to really add insult to injury.
