Hey guys, newbie here. Been lookin at these SHO's recently and was wondering how easy is it to slam (or at least get rid of all the wheel gap, especially in the front). I did some research and found there are coilovers but have not seen a dumped SHO yet. Can anyone here chime in with personal experiences and/or post a pic of one? thanks

there are plenty of lowered sho's, slammed not so sure, what kind of drop are you looking for and is this just for looks or are you going to do it right with the proper struts.

Yeah i saw that candy apple red SHO, liked the paint, hated the air bags...

Personally I say wait till SHOsource releases the Coilovers... you can adjust everything with those...

I don't have a SHO yet but am debating if I do get one, would I be able to make the stance the way I want. It would mostly be for looks but then, wont hurt handling as much either

The rear end essentially all the way lowered on the Coilovers. The front end is not even close to being lowered all the way. I won't lower the front anymore for the sake of the cars handling.

Love your stance, yea id probably lower the front a tad bit more, maybe half an inch for an even stance but your stance is probably what i would be going for if i did ever buy one. Whats your suspension setup?

I just curbed one of them a week or two ago. :frown: Thankfully there isn't really any damage, just a black mark where the tire got pinched against the lip. One good reason to run 225/55 tires on slicers I guess...

BTW my slicers were powdercoated by the previous owner. They're not factory white ones.

FYI, those SHO Shop springs are no longer produced, but Intrax springs should give you a similar drop. If not, you can always cut a coil if you're so inclined.
