Ive gone through SS linears, intrax, then cut them, and neither these tokicos, kyb short housing could handle it. And Im finding out first hand that Koni's cant either. Im wondering how many of you guys have modified your housings, or if it was possible to buy short bodied Koni inserts- retrofitted into an old short kyb housing. I will dig up old comparison pics if i can find them.

Every time I see your car it makes me want a Gen 1, purely because of what you've done with the grill. I can't believe nobody else has done it (I know everyone has different tastes, but there's got to be more than one person), and I've been trying to figure out a way to do something similar to a Gen 2 while making it look nice.

I got moog's with 2 coils cut, and my car rode HIGH before on the stock springs...... I bottom out if I don't go slow over bumps and drag my bumper going in and out of parking lots, parking stops are a *****!

I wouldn't want to go any lower on a DD..... it looks like it could go lower but it would be a ****** ride.......

for reference, the top of my wheel was way under the top of the trim piece running down the fender and doors that says SHO on it, now the top of the wheel is higher then that trim line. I got a high riding SHO......

and here is a stock spring shot with same wheels 235-45-17

Yet more proof that you can take the hoodrat out of the hood, but you can't take the hood out of the hoodrat...nice offset on the front wheels (not)...man, why can't they just stick to those big-bodied RWD cars like Impalas, Crown Vics, etc., and just Dub them out instead...

Different strokes for different folks. It could be worse, and it's something I've never seen done before. If the wheels had more or less offset, they wouldn't fit. And I wouldn't call that hood...

I'd rather see it done to a POS Taurus than a CV.
