Ok so this shell I bought has a spun bearing at least, if not more... motor will only turn about 10 degrees or so. Something is definately binding... Now my question is this.. I don't work on ATX's ever, but this thing has a newly remaned trans, and I want to save it and sell it, but aren't I going to have an issue getting to the TQ converter bolts?
Or can I get that oil pan off, and free the rods to turn it?
I would think that would work, but having the motor bolted in place makes it a lot easier to get a big ass bar on the crank if I need it... as hard as its turning over now, I think I'd flip the stand if it was on there...
I'm going to part the thing, as far as the heads and all that, so the pistons can technically come out the top if I need em to.. ?
Just trying to get all my ducks in a row, before I start on this adventure..
