i was looking underneath my car and noticed that what i think is the knock sensor. the problem is that the wires going to this sensor are cut. i just wanted to know if they were cut cause of the supercharger or should i put a knew on in. also it looks like i have an oil leak coming from that sensor is that possible or would the leak be coming from somewhere else and hitting the sensor?

thanx for all ure help.

Sounds like its either the oil level sensor on the oilpan or the oil pressure sensor on the back of the block. The knock sensor is on the top of the block, between the heads.

The stock knock sensor location is in the valley of the engine, below the fuel rails. The one in the side of the pan is the oil level sensor. The one in the side of the block is the oil pressure sensor.
