Howdy, I'm glad I finally made the decision to join the forums. I have a 1994 SHO 3.0 mtx, and from 2010- 2014 my father and I maticulously restored the body of the car. But it has been now 7 years since then and ive got some clunking coming from the front/ front right while going over bumps and whatnot so I am currently looking for any input on what I should do. I love the car. Starts up every time I need it to and over all is a great car and would love to keep it running forever.

Bad strut mount, strut, end link, maybe wheel bearing?? Check the swaybar endlinks, bushings, strut mounts. Usually those although at this age everything is old and suspect

Welcome! You can try lifting the front wheel off the ground and then pushing/pulling on the tire at top and bottom, and then on the left and right side to see if there is any excess movement.

All of the wheel bearings have been replaced as well as the front control arms

I would look at the strut mount and strut. Is it just a little noise or alot of movement? There can be issues with the subframe mounts in salt belt areas. Recall kits were issued decades ago for this.

That is long gone. The required kits are no longer available from Ford if I remember right. YOu can check under the carpet in the passenger foot well and see if there is a rubber plug where they made a hole to access the top of the subframe. THis is what it looked like. The black thing is the floorpan plug that came with it.

this looks like the original recall, some people may still have kits they haven't used if that is your problem.

That looks like the original and was expanded to later model years. I am not saying the subframe is the issue. I would look at other suspension components first. I was just pointing out known issues that could be put in a 'possible' category. Probable is usually suspension that takes all the movement. THe strut mount can make clunks and other noises and is out of sightline. I have by far seen more strut mount issues vs subframe. It's a probability guesstimate

If its the front tension struts and their bushings I have a set for sale in the Classifieds, only about 20 K southern miles, the red bushings are impossible to source new.
