As a first time internet purchaser I was worried about buying over the Net. SHONUTPERFORMANCE took those worries away with the constant e-mails with shippment status, and not to mention the fact that he made sure that my stuff will arive before a SHOW. I told him that I required the equipment soon and he made sure it got out soon enough. Its great to see a company that cares about the customer!
