The Alitma wont be seeing any track time. She will be out in the parking lot looking pretty:biggrin: The 10th is looking better for me too so it looks like that will work out best for everyone.

Yea, good idea to leave the racing to the real cars and the showing to the
:***: cars

Ouch, Did I say that out loud?

kidding bro.

I hope Rav can come, I never got a chance to race him during his 150 passes that night.

Hey Mike, our doors shut nice and firm, without shutter. Our interior pieces don't rattle, we don't have weird problems, build quality is way better, as is fit and finish. Haha, just messing with you man, but it's so nice not to have to worry when you don't have any time/money to fix things or keep up with maintenance. :) Thats why I like my new car.

I really wish I could drive my sho though! :frown:

I can try to make it for the 10th I don't think I'll be racing this time though I'm getting ever so close to that 350k mark and I don't want to over do it before I'm done building my other motor.

Check your *** for a comeback on that one.

But seriously, I think my times will be about the same as Mikes were last time. (15.6-16.something) Now watch me run a 17.

Hey Guys,

Sorry about being off the boards for a while. Work is as usual on the hurry up and so it's been nose to the grindstone time. And it's not been any of this galavanting around the world like Eric gets. For me it's my little 6'*6' cell.

Anyway, Nick why do I need to take the seat out and 91 gas? I think was the Gen3 King last time and we have the video to prove it.

I think after last times 150 runs, I've worked out it's my 'driving to the office' (tm to Tom) that psych's everyone out.

Though this time I'm going to actually let the car cool down and take some breaks.

Yeah like that's gonna happen. Probably be like last time get dragged off the track by Mike and his brother saying everyones gone home!!

Anyway I should be good to go if I can clear some of this design by Friday!

Rav.

Rav,

Cool.

We'll be having a workday out at my place from 8 AM till we leave for the strip. My 91 Minus is still on the lift waiting for parts to arrive, but I hope to have it done by Saturday morning.

And just a slight correction; I was the fastest out there among AZ SHO guys.

What time do you think you guys will be heading to Speedworld? I have a go-kart racing obligation to fulfill in the afternoon...

I don't know about anybody else but I'd like to travel there during daylight 6-7 PM and leave about 11 PM and head for the nearest Denny's to brag about kickin that other white Gen 1's butt. But that's just me.

Hey Tom,

I won't be up for the morning as I have the 3 world cup games to watch, get some work done and then maybe up after that, but we'll see how it goes.

BTW I didn't say anything about being the fastest, just that I was the Gen3 king .

Rav

P.S. Your deal about going to speedworld from 7-11 and then to Denny's sounds pretty good.

Sounds good to me.

I've got no problem losing to Nitrous Nick or Eric the Orange (thats Eric the Red's half brother), but I wont be losing to Old Man River.

I will be bringing me and my pastor....seeing as how Tom hasn't got a prayer without a blower, I figure a having a man of the cloth on hand to administer last rights would be appropriate.

Count me in Nik but thats only if i get my pads changed first, I'm due. Is it $20 for unlimited passes or is it limited to 3-4 passes in a night. Either way let me know I still would like to go check it out if nothing else.
