If the oil lines take more than a day.... You're doing it wrong.

It takes time when you are trying to do it right.

We laid out the lines, I still need to have them made, then test fitted to make sure I got what I wanted and fabricate the support brackets.

I think you would sell more hot pipes than anything if you sold them alone for people to select/build thier own kit.

It is something we are considering.

I am a mechanic, working in a tuning shop. Modifying cars and trucks. I've also builded a race car last winter, that won every race it's been to.
I can weld, We have a MIG and a TIG welder, a plasma cutter, torchs, lifts, machine shop tools.
But still, I don't want to build my own kit. Why ? Because I know how a pita every thing custom can become. And when I do something, it's looks OEM. There's no loose wire, nothing too long or too short. Just a very very clean job.
I know what it take to build something from scratch. And I just don't have that spare time to spend on my summer daily driver.

I WILL buy this turbo kit. Maybe not when It'll come out, but it's 100% sure I'll buy it. Before the turbo I will pull out the engine and rebuilt it.
But I will wait for it, and pay for it. Whatever price it will be. Because I know there will be people behind that kit to help, and to get parts if something goes wrong.

With all due respect the hot pipes are the issue for most and even that isn't rocket science.Any competent exhaust builder would have little probem. The rest can be sourced from hardware stores, ebay and or a decent speed shop.If you want to go all out,a generic intercooler kit fits the bill well.

I assume that you are starting to understand why Vadim said "F-It" and went with BMWs.....

Isn't he russian or from some other post soviet country?
If he is, I totally understand why he left SHO game...

Another funny thing, when i was looking for him, I reached BEnz and they told me that there are a lot of people calling them every week for Vadim for automotive help.

We have the oil lines, just need to trim down a little. We have started tooling.

Got the hoses as well.

I would very much be interested in a turbo kit, but I already have some necessary parts, (hotpipes, fuel pump, Tweecer, nitrous (j/k)).

I presume I can omit some things when the time comes.

You will be able to select certain items but our turbo setup will not work with any other hot pipes.
