I'm back at it and looking for some ideas :)

The car cranks but won't start. Fuel and Spark are good.
Spark seems strong, the plugs are wet, starting fluid doesn't do anything.
I recently put new injectors, crank/cam sensor, timing belt, spark plugs on and it ran excellent for about a week until I threw the serpentine belt. The only thing I've done since then is put a new belt and starter on.

What is strange is, even though it cranks over nicely has spark and fuel it won't fire at all. After cranking it a bunch it will sometime backfire through the intake (just air) and pop off a vacuum line or the air filter (not clamped down) - basically a nice puff of air will sometime come reverse through the intake. It seems unlikely but could it be timing? I put a new belt on and it was lined up perfectly - I have a hard time thinking it would be off now.

Much appreciated for any ideas. Thanks!

Did you ever get this going? I pulled a 95 out of storage after a couple of years with the same exact issue. Have you tried replacing the ccrm? All it took for mine was a whack with hammer on it and it fired right up.
