Today when i was leaving my friends house my 94 ATX was going goofy and sputtering real bad and when sputterd all the electorical in the car started flashing.. it is at my friends house right now and im useing her CRV.. help please i need to get this done by tomarrow so i can get to my grandmas. thanks alot you guys.

sounds possibly like a bad connection on the battery or possibly a bad alternator, i have found when the volts are low stuff starts acting like that, thats what i would look into, someone else wanna chime in, see if we're headed in the right direction.

Check the connections at the starter motor. They must be tight.

The battery cables go from the batter to the starter, then up to the power distribution box at the drivers' side fire wall. If the connections are not tight enough, the starter will get plenty of power, but the rest of the electrical system won't.

Give it a try and let us know.

yeah check all the grounds, then try it, if that doesnt work charge the battery fully and see if it drives ok if it does its 99% that its the alternator, but be carful the car will only go 25 miles or so and when it loses the battery charge will die:thumb:
