i hooked my battery post up and my power wire going to my touched metal and know i have no power . i change and jumped the battery still no power

Check fuses and fusible links. I am not sure where the fusible links are on a 93, but on my 89 they are coming off of the soleniod. With the fusible links, just pull on the wire, if it comes apart, the link needs to be replaced. There are probably a few fuses blown under the hood, and possibly at the panel under the dash.

You wouldn't fry anything important. That is the safety net of having fuses everywhere, they will go before any damage is done. Hope this gets you started on the right track.
