what are some cheap and easy mods for an 1992 sho. the car is quick, but a little faster wont hurt

Dont worry about the mods until you have done the needed maintenance to that engine!

That alone will help out on lost power. Search for 60k service. You will find all the information you could ever imagine.

Then talk about mods.

Faster through the turns.
Have somebody weld in a steel bar connecting your rear strut towers. with two small braces going around the top. & handling, is now back. cheap, effective.

Cheap and easy is Mustang talk.... expensive and PITA is more accurate for modding a SHO. As said above first do all the 60k maintentance, rod Bearings, then suspension and brakes, then power adders.
