Hey kids, Well I took her into the local shop and they checked the irmc and also ran a diagnosis on it and both came back clean. No codes of any kind came back. The irmc is still functioning properly. I can feel a slight slipage in the lower gears so maybe the transmission is causing the problem. Other than that. Im Lost...

I mostly want to get my loud and powerful sound back from the flowmasters asap. I miss that beautiful rumble dearly. Thanks for your help.

Hmmm.. Clogged catylytic converters maybe? That would also account for the muffled sound. After the car hs been running, look underneath and find the cats. If they are clogged, they should be glowing...and that is NOT good.
