My 1995 ATX has been getting bad gas milege of late and it bogs down in second gear with the pedel pressed about half way. After ever shift from 1 to 2 or 2 to 3 or 3 to 4 the car has no power unless you pin the pedel then the car is fast????Could it be spark plugs?TPS?Cats?
also there is a smellin the car of burnt oil probably the rear seal and some times gasoline

Spark plugs, wires, oil in plug wells, dirty/defective MAF sensor, IMRC fault, and probably more.

Start with checking the condition of those first.

Also run codes including the ER (Engine Running) ones to see if the computer can self-diagnose anything.
