Thanks for your help today with changing my motor mounts. Front and rear mounts were completely shot. The front was bad, but the rear was just flat out disconnected. I don't know how my engine stayed in the car at the track.

I knew something was bad when the WHOLE subframe, motor, and wheels jumped forward and the car didn't

will do andrew vcg's are about a 20 min job after the IM comes off and i should be able to get to my rear mount while im in there.. LOL

hey ken, i was wondering how the mounts felt? are you getting vibrations out of the rear mount?

I drove it to work this morning, first time since we put in the mounts, and it feels great! My = length Y doesn't rub my oil pan anymore in reverse.

I don't feel any vibrations either.

I'm going to post pics of those torn mounts when I get home!

Thanx guys! It's not so much getting it apart, but getting it all back together is where I know i'll get stumped.

I too also have a bag of shims, just no tools to put them in.
