My '95 mtx jerks back and forth when I shift. I feel the "herky jerky" movement underneath. It feels like the exhuast is moving back and forth. I just put in an entire new exhuast and an extra clamp on the cat-back for support. I replaced the tranny mount and rear mount. Is it the bushings on the suspension or the front mount? I can't think of anything else it could be. I need help here. I'll take any advice or suggestions to help cure this. Is it normal in the SHO? If it is the bushings, wil new subframe bushings help?

That is usually the result of a failed front mount. Do the test of the mount with the hood up, the shifter in fourth and the parking brake on. Slowly let out the clutch and watch the intake manifold. If it rises more than about 1/2", the front mount has failed.

Where do you get a front motor mount? No one seems to carry them anymore.
