shifter woes...

I am in dire need of a shifter cable.
My local Ford dealer says its available from Vintage Parts and its a week away.
Could there be any way of obtaining one any quicker?? *hint-hint*

Check the classifieds. I know there are people right now parting out g3s. Or..post in the Want to buy section. Maybe someone local has one.
