shift solenoid?

where is the shift solenoid located? is it on the outside of the trans or inside?

They are inside the tranny, you will see electrical connections going to them
if you pull your trans. filter. Try a search of " ATX diagrams" Or search "ATX"
and if it's not an ATX, you don't have a shift solenoid(s)..:naughty:

No, you won't. The shift solenoids are under the SIDE cover. The connector is on the TOP of the tranny.
