Lately I've been having problems with my sho. First there oil leaking onto the spark plugs and now I'm noticing that sometimes my shifter losens up( the gears would grind, the car has trouble getting out of first and second gear) the car dosent shift we'll, dosent go into reverse and starts to stall, misfire and buck violently. Again this dosent happen all the time only after the car starts to misfire the clutch seems to get "messed up" and have trouble locking into gears. Can a weak spark from the sparkplugs cause this? What else?

You have to do your valve cover gaskets (which have the circular gaskets for the bottom of the spark plug wells). It is time consuming, take lots of pictures before. The intake has to come off which adds to the time. On this site there are descriptions of how this goes.
If the bite point of your clutch is way down in the carpet (at the end of the clutch throw), then your clutch is near the end of its life. The throw out bearing and the clutch finger tips wear down to the point the pressure plate doesn't release the clutch disc. If that is the case, the only cure is a new one. The clutch is way more involved than your gasket issue. RockAuto has one for $116.00 now, which is less than half price. Installation is usually through the bottom by taking down the subframe, but it can be done through the top, particularly when you have your intake off (remember the gaskets).
