Are you talking about the PRNDL1 part of the shifter? Yes, it should light up when you have your lights on. Not sure how to replace the bulb(s), though.

If you are asking for the shifter in the center console, you need to remove the cup holder unit by prying it off and you'll have enough space to replace your bulb, I think the size of it is 194

The size is 194 and there are two of them. The harness may be unplugged too. Get blue LEDs to really make it stand out. It may be easier to take the entire console out. After the junk holder is removed there are 6 screws holding the entire console in.
