Shaking Pulley????

I was checking Fluids today and I noticed a pulley shaking, I was wondering if anyone had a diagram of the pulley setup other that what is on the piece of plastic on top of the radiator. It isnt moving that bad, so I am not too worried. But if anyone can help me I would apperciate it a lot.
