Since the buy is over -- next best spot to get em? Since I dont have a welder... or a lift to keep all the wheels flat for that matter, any idea what it would cost to have a place put these in for me? Anyone got any ideas of where it could be done up in upstate ny ?

Try Nook's place- Prosuspension.com. He has them for a decent price and other good stuff too. I had mine put on at a muffler shop for around $60-70. You should shop around to see who is willing to do it and for how much. Also get familiar with the install procedure. You may have to tell/show someone how it's done properly (I know I had to). The ideal place to get it done would be a high performance car shop if the price is right. They would have more experience with this kind of stuff.

The group buy is over, but SHOSPEED Enterprises sells SFC's year-round for $80, shipping included (lower 48). We can ship immediately as we now have a nice stock on hand (hindsight is 20-20).

What is the proper way?

From what I know they go from the front sub-frame to the rear torque boxes? is this correct?

RI SHO- Pretty much. Not the subframe exactly. They start just past the subframe on the rail looking reinforced part of the floor pan and go to the torque boxes at the rear. Check out the how to article linked at the home page here. I think it's got the Romar SFC's in the title. It is documented well with good pictures for reference. To reduce most of the cost of labor I did all the prep work (basically using a wire wheel on a drill) before I took them to be welded and painted the bare metal surfaces when I got home.
