SFB upgrade

I'd like to upgrade my stock SFB's. What are my options and where can I get them?

Alum is a good upgrade, Mid Wste, NeSS, Performance Plus and FPS all sell them.

Also you can got to ford and purchase a set of rears and install them in the front. Sures up the subframe a good bit without any harshness at all.
