SFB noises?

After reading many, many pages of SFB issues I can't seem to find if they will make any kind of noise when bad. I've got kind of a dunka-dunka right under my left foot. I have done everything I can tink of to try to reproduce it in the garage to no avail... It may just be travelling from somewhere else, dunno. Maybe the swaybar link? I'm done waiting for the service manager to call me back on the recall because he was "waiting" on his regional service manager. It's probably gonna get ugly. Going on 2 months now, with many messages left for him and only getting one call back. I think I'm just gonna tell him to get me two recalls kits for free and I'll leave him alone.

Welllll, lo and behold! The day I'm planning on a ride on the bike over to see my friendly squealer.... I get a call to let me know I can get it the recall done next Tuesday @ 9. We'll see what transpires. At the least I'll have nice fresh bolts to put the new bushings on.

Way to go on pushing the recall issue. Don't forget to pick up a recall kit so you can do the fronts yourself.

I already welded them. The noise I had before the weld job was lighter than this one, though... Then had to do the LCA/ball joints for the inspection. Soo I popped newer strut rods and bushings off an extra frame I had here. But then I had that incident where the pinch bolt on the passenger side wasn't the proper diameter and the ball joint pulled out of the knuckle while driving down the street (around 15-20, 2 blocks from home on the way to the inspection... Can you say "WHAM!" WTF was that!?) , Maybe that broke the weld/s? I don't have the cabbage for the problemsolvers right now, as I don't have anymore unemployment left and working on moving... Hoping to get some kind of job other than flippin' burgers til we leave for Balto....
