Ok to start...
White smelly exhaust (headgasket? Just did em)
Completely dies or surges after or around 2k RMP
With full radiator overflow flows massively on the ground
**** coming from bottom right of engine
and no codes... I am half tempted to part out my engine and buy a new one.

After doing the headgaskets (latest project it started right up gave it some gas and noticed the stall after 2k RMP, reset idle<not having any bearing on the problem at all but did it anyways>)

I know the knock is a rod knock or so ive been told by sdpatt because its lower not upper. So I am about to throw in the towel unless a ungodly revalation comes about.

Heres what ive done so far:
60K - Upper and Side
New Coolent Temp sensor
New Headgaskets
New Plugs/Wires
New Ignition Control Modual

So help would be greatly appreciated if economicaly possible or else I have engine/parts for sale :p

Thank You,
John

well you allready know you need to check those bearings and probably change them out.

when you put your valve covers back on were you sure not to roll the back gasket? you may possibly be dripping oil on your rear cat.

you need to get under the car and find out where that leak is from in regards to your radiator.

im sure you will get some good advice from the others here too.

good luck and let us know how it goes!

yes i know about the bearings... (fun stuff)

no oil on cats just front manifold (eg. spilling oil when refilling) its coming from the bottom side (making an assuption; like squirting out of the block to head area.)

the radiator seems to constantly be under pressure even if it just cranks. it doesnt leak more overflows the overflow all the excess comes from the overflow tube.

Ideas?

Have you changed your CID or CPS, those might have to do with your running problems, and you are sure that your plug wires are in the right order...Chiltons has then in the wrong order..yes wrong order. The radiator thing for some reason makes me think something wrong with the thermostat, but that is just intuition, cheap enough to try i guess. Good luck.
