I definitely need some help with something (hopefully minor) on my 95. I thought the loose bumper cover was rattling, but today, the rattle happens at stand-still also. It can do it with the clutch in or out, in gear or out of gear. If the car is stopped, it will do it when I rev the engine (you can hear it in the cabin). If I get out of the car and rev the engine at the throttle, you can't hear it!!! Weird. Wondering if it's that plastic shield that covers the top of the firewall. I recently re-tacked it up. It's coming from the passenger side.
I hope it's nothing serious that will cause me to break down on the way. I doubt it as I drove all the way from VA home with it making that noise occasionally. Sach heard it while he was riding in the car. Driving me nuts. Can we take a look at it while I'm there?

Does anybody have a spare factory jack they want to sell this weekend? I had to take the one out of my 91 and give it to my nephew for his 93. I've been to pullapart here in Nashville without any luck.
I will sell mine, that might help with gas money and allow me to actually show up. Whats the offer.

Ok, glad we'll have a chance to look at this noise. I ripped the plastic firewall guard off and it's still doing it. I'm thinking it's the rear exhaust manifold shield now.

Once we are done looking at your car lets run it out to the hotel and you can ride back with me. Problem solved.
